County 4H Program Scholarship

Rylon and Madison Cook Memorial Scholarship

  • Applicants must be high school seniors from the Murray CSD High School and attending a two or
    four-year school full-time. These also include programs such as auto mechanics, welding,
    construction, cosmetology, etc
  • Applicants must have a minimum high school cumulative GPA of 2.75 or the equivalent.
  •  A completed application includes a personal letter of introduction to the Scholarship Committee to
    include an outline of their leadership qualities, both in the school and community; a list of school and
    community activities.
  •  All students will be notified by May 1st. If a scholarship recipient does not maintain the required
    eligibility criteria, an alternate scholarship recipient may be designated for the semester.​​

  • 10 $1,000 scholarships available
  • Must be enrolling in a two or four-year program related to agriculture

  • $2,500 award
  • Must be pursuing an automotive-related study

Iowa State Rifle and Pistol Association Scholarship

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be of good moral character
  • Have at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Demonstrate acceptance to a university, college, or trade school
  • Demonstrate Rifle-Air Rifle-Pistol-Shotgun marksmanship competition experience
  • Currently, participate on a team or club that participates in marksmanship competitions

  • Must live in Clarke County, Iowa
  • Will need 2 Character Recommendation Letters

GRM Networks and Foundation for Rural Service Scholarships

  • Be a graduating senior
  • Be accepted by a two-year or four-year school
  • Have a C grade point average
  • Have a parent or legal guardian who is an active GRM Networks customer in good standing at the application deadline.
  • Immediate family members of GRM Networks board members or employees are NOT eligible to apply for the local scholarship, but can still apply for the FRS scholarship
  • Both scholarships can be applied for by just submitting the FRS application.

First Friday Breakfast Club Scholarship

  • Graduating senior from an Iowa high school
  • Participated in significant activities to promote LGBT acceptance in your school/community
  • Awards are made without regard to gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation

  • For high school seniors whose parents or grandparents are active service members or have been a prior military service members

Rotary Club of Osceola Scholarship

  • The scholarship will be paid directly to any 4 year, 2 year or trade school for the application of second semester of the recipient’s freshman year.
